The Copese Group, one of the main producers and sellers of fresh and smoked meat, with headquarters and production units in Segovia (Coca), Spain, selected the Valuekeep’s maintenance management software to manage hundreds of assets and different locations that covers all their meat production centre sites.

The group, which has over 40 years of history, had the need to implement a cloud-based maintenance management software to ensure a greater return on assets, to control incidents in order to prevent failures and, to efficiently manage their assets and production line machinery.

With the new cloud-based platform, strengthened with a Windows 10 app from Valuekeep, the group that previously used paper, Excel and e-mail as the main tools to support maintenance, can now do all that work on-the-go. Sending maintenance requests, assigning work to the field technicians, managing the reactive and scheduled maintenance of all the spaces, it's now managed using Valuekeep. With the new functionalities, the group managed not only to reduce the response time to any failure but also guaranteed a total availability of access to information by technicians and maintenance managers in any of the group's sites.

The implementation of Valuekeep also allowed the maintenance team to access a 100% web platform that gathers all the information about intervention requests, costs, assigned work, and status of operations and availability of all the technical teams. Thanks to this solution, the Copese Group, which over the years have received numerous distinctions and quality awards, strengthened their quality standards.
