New features available for the Work Report module
Valuekeep has improved the Work Report module, one of the four modules of Valuekeep Mobile App, with the development of new features that simplifies the reporting of work time spent in the field during maintenance operations. The ability to monitoring the time used by each technician or service provider during operations, the possibility of adding digital signatures of those involved, as well as creating and printing reports of work orders completed, with the time and materials used, are just some of the latest features available on the Work Report module.
To help control the time spent by technicians on each operation, Valuekeep has implemented a timer feature on each work order, so users can track their activity on each operation. Technicians can easily activate the timer at the start of each operation and stop it when the job is complete. This makes it possible to record the work time of each work order in the system, ensuring the accuracy of the period of time spent on each intervention.
To ensure the validation of the work performed, Valuekeep has developed a functionality where technicians and customers can add their digital signatures to work orders and their reports, as proof of completion and compliance with the technical work performed. Later, it is possible to print the reports or send them via e-mail, helping to reduce the use of paper.
There is the possibility to customize the work reports with your company's logo or even with other information available. This report also provides information that can be shared with the client or any other stakeholder.
These new features are available to all Valuekeep Mobile subscribers by updating the App, now available for Android, IOS and Windows 10 devices.
